We are so grateful to everyone that participated in our campaign by supporting us, encouraging us, or voting for us! While we are disappointed at losing the opportunity to protect our community's children, we are grateful to see that over 46% of the voters shared the concerns that we pointed out.
Even though we lost the primary election, it's our believe that we educated the community about the disappointing actions of the current school board. It's encouraging to think that reaching just another 4% of voters in Zone 3 could have made an immediate difference in what our children encounter in their school.
We met some wonderful people in our campaign and hope to continue working towards protecting children in our school system. If you have ideas for educating voters on these important issues, please send them.

(3) ENGAGE your Church Community
Please encourage your Church Leadership to learn more about how decisions are made at the School System and be engaged in the process. Give families guidance and leadership on how to protect our children. Our churches have been silent on many issues facing our society today and we need them to “STAND FIRM”. We can’t close our eyes and hope that difficult situations will go away. Godly people are needed to make a difference in our city, county and nation.
